Tina M. Parker

Tina M. Parker was born in Sheffield, Alabama, in October 1970 and graduated from Muscle Shoals High School in 1989.  She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of North Alabama in 1993, where she majored in both English and Professional Writing and was a member of the Sigma Tau Delta English Honor Society.  Tina worked as a paralegal for many years before going back to law school.  She completed her Juris Doctor at Birmingham School of Law in 2001.

Upon graduation from law school, Tina accepted a position with a large litigation defense firm, where she practiced law for three years defending personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, workers' compensation, and insurance fraud cases before accepting a position with a plaintiff’s firm in Birmingham.  She made the decision to start her own firm in the fall of 2006, and she now represents injury victims and family members of people who are killed in accidents.

Tina is a member of the following organizations:

  • Alabama State, American and Birmingham Bar Associations
  • Association of Trial Lawyers of America
  • Alabama Trial Lawyers Association
    - Tina is serving as Chairperson of the Women's Caucus for 2007-2008
  • Who's Who of American Law

She is admitted to practice in all state and federal district courts in Alabama.
